Red Yuzu Pepper

Yuzu are picked as the weather gets colder and they are fully ripened yellow. They are peeled one at a time by hand and pickled with our own farm grown red chili peppers. The red chili peppers have stored the summer heat and have become spicy. We keep the salt content to a minimum.

The texture, aroma, and taste of the yuzu peel are harmonized with the sweetness and spiciness of the red pepper to create a brightly colored yuzu pepper.
